WS-Trust Profile suggestion for xml

Hi Duane,
    during last call, I had suggested the following

<xspa:ClaimType Uri="xs:anyURI" Optional="xs:boolean">
<xspa:ClaimValue>xs:string</xspa:ClaimValue>*
</xspa:ClaimType>
==============

to be changed to:

=================
<xspa:ClaimType uri="xs:anyURI" optional="xs:boolean">
<xspa:ClaimValue>xs:string</xspa:ClaimValue>*
</xspa:ClaimType>
=================

Just the case of the attributes to be changed to all lower case.  It is 
not a big deal.
If we can change it, good. If not, no worries as these are generated by 
software.
