Committee meeting.

ACTION ITEMS:
Define patent policy that XML.org will be using to guide XML.org-sponsored 
working groups.
1. Expand on Terry's list by open contribution (XML.org SC members + 
techcte chairs)

2. Define sufficient IP policy so as to begin TC work
OWNER: Harold Anderson; DUE DATE: 12 November 1999 (NOTE: Harold to 
schedule concalls as appropriate to ensure SC approval of policy by 12

2. OASIS and XML.org personnel update [Laura Walker]
- We have access to webmastering and design skills, effective immediately. 
Site updates will begin immediately (see #3).
- Now recruiting for Managing Editor for XML.org, Member of Technical 
Staff and Member Services Manager (Webmaster on hold, given availability 
of other resources)
- S. Nicholson has been assigned (by his new employer, Sun) to work on   
XML.org

3. Review of XML.org Web content before it goes up [Terry Allen]
Stage all changes before making public. Review and approve list includes:
Terry Allen
Simon Nicholson
Laura Walker
Carol Geyer
Robin Cover

4. Process for OASIS TC work products (short) [Terry Allen]
- OK to make committee work public in draft form.
- Walker to provide old process documents
- OASIS BoD to discuss process

5. RosettaNet [Terry Allen]
Walker to follow up with Bruce Walker to finalize reciprocal membership

6. Catalog status [Bob Sutor]
IBM has intern that will update catalog, and research others that should 
be in the catalog
