XML.org Registry and Repository Functional Specification

Dear XML.org Steering Committee,

Documentum, with partnership with SUN, is please to provide the attached
functional specification for the XML.org Registry and Repository Version 1
for review by the OASIS Advisory Committee for XML.org (ACXO).  

The purpose of this document is to detail the functionality that will be
provided for release 1 of the XML.org registry and repository. As already
discussed clarifications and changes to the specification are expected
within two days, after which a revised copy will be provided for sign-off on
functionality.  Due to the tight time-frames of this project changes in
functionality or scope can not be accounted for after sign-off. A prototype
will be made available for review by the ACXO in the end of March.

The team will be available for a conference call over the next two days to
provide any clarifications to the ACXO.
