Yes, we're waiting for comments from the other sponsors, who have until 17
March to submit requests for changes.

Soon after that, I will forward the very final version of the contract for
execution by all XML.ORG sponsoring organizations.

Attached please find the most recent version of the XML.ORG Sponsorship
Agreement (in two file formats: MS Word and HTML).

OASIS has been in discussions with various XML.ORG sponsors over the past 2
months, and -- working with our lawyers -- has updated this document
accordingly.  As quite a lot of thought has gone into this process, this
version should meet with your approval.

Please review, have your counsel review, and forward any comments to me and
to the OASIS Board of Directors.

So as to ensure that the XML.ORG project continues to make progress, our
goal is to have each XML.ORG sponsor execute the contract by the end of
March.
