XML.ORG contract meeting

Dear Representative of the Advisory Committee for XML.ORG,

Please alert your legal representatives that we will be meeting to finalize
the XML.ORG contract on Monday 10 April 2000 in NYC, at the offices of Brown
Raysman Millstein Felder & Steiner LLP, OASIS counsel.

The meeting will likely commence at approximately 1PM EST, so as to
accommodate those west coasters who wish to participate via teleconference.

Please ask your legal representatives to confirm their participation with me
AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

I will distribute all comments on the existing contract by Tuesday 4 April.
