The following are minutes taken at the 03 April 2000 meeting (a
teleconference) of the Advisory Committee of XML.ORG (ACXO).

Prep for the 13th
  Una will distribute screen shots of the prototype and
  wants feedback from the group, ideally by Thursday 5 April.

Finalize agenda for 13th

    meeting scheduled from 10-4
    Una will distribute hotel list to ACXO

    goal is to approve the prototype
            finalize launch plan
    arrange for a call-in number for Lauren


Question from Jon
- What are plans for the 1st thing to be submitted?
  Suggestions:
  - Docbook
  - OASIS SGML stuff: table, fragment, catalog
  - SoftQuad
  - other contributions from ACXO members

  AIs for "alpha" test:
  - Una to supply Craig w/list of metadata needed
  - Craig to contact each potential contributor


Update on: Hosting, Oracle licenses
- conversation w/Documentum ASP people, who will provide contact info for
ASPs
  AI: Laura to coordinate w/Alan Hester to schedule concall week of 10 April
- Info on Oracle licenses is coming w/in the next day or two.


Update launch plan:
- AI: Laura and Carol Geyer to provide list of significant milestones by COB
Monday 10 April

Classification
- AI - Michael to coordinate w/Una and Craig and Angel and Bob regarding
current process for classification, and this team will make a recommendation
to the AXCO, which will take a vote via email.
