Dear ACXO,

As discussed during our last meeting, the weekly ACXO meeting will not be
held this week.  [PLEASE SEE THE LAST PARAGRAPH OF THIS MESSAGE FOR AN
IMPORTANT REQUEST REGARDING THE NEXT MEETING.]

However, there are a number of outstanding action items that I need status
on. Please review the following list, and if your initials appear next to
any item, please reply to this message IMMEDIATELY with an update.

Una : distribute list of needed materials/data; ftp location
Una : submit project plan and schedule
Laura : IP policy - DONE
Karl : Hosting
Carol + Documentum, Sun & Oracle reps : - Bragging Rights plan
Carol : Launch Plan/Schedule


We are asking that you plan to attend a face-to-face meeting at the OASIS
offices on Tuesday, 16 May. The agenda for that meeting includes: a review
of the detailed project plan; a report from regrep/portal teams on the UI
plan; finalization of launch dates and plan.
