1) Schedule

2) Hosting site progress
The iStructure project manager last night was a little reluctant
to commit to having the machine up and running by tonight,
but after some discussion with Walter and Karl, this morning
she's a bit more positive about having the machine fully
available by the end of today (possibly late, though).
The hold up seems to be finding available network connectivity.
Walter will report any updates at the end of the day today.
We'll go ahead assuming availability by tomorrow am.
3) Web site integration
Latest xml.org home page components have been integrated into
Repository pages. Jon will send any further updates at the
end of the day today to Mukund for integration. A bit of
confusion on the final URLs. Karl will send final list.
Jon to finish any further updates this afternoon (new gif
files, final URLs) before leaving for Europe. He'll be
available to make any last changes over weekend/Monday
from there. Some discussion about updating Registry pages
as well. Una and Walter/Michael will discuss off-line.
Question as to whether or not to leave access to the old
catalog. Decided to leave the 'XML Catalog' button pointing
to the old catalog so they will still be viewable until no
longer needed (later). Text on old catalog page to be updated
to refer to new Registry and remove link to old submissions page
(Karl/Jon).
Change 'Submit XML Schemas' button label to 'XML.ORG Registry'.
Leave off footer (links at bottom of page) for now.
4) Karl to review LDAP docs online so he'll know how to set up
once in Europe. Might need technical assistance. If anyone
going to Europe knows LDAP, please talk to Karl.
5) Contact list for launch readiness attached.
Please end any corrections/additions to Anne,
particularly Paris updates.
