It sounds like we'll have quorum on the 18, and I am available to chair the
meeting that day.  Remember that this committee is an advisory committee to
the OASIS Board, so it's OK if just a subset of the entire committee meets.

Otherwise, I'll do my best to accommodate others' schedules.

    Brian and Franz-Josef can't make 4/18.  Drat.

    Let's try this.  I'll list all the mornings (in California) that I
    have available for the next month or so.  Then the next person who
    responds lists all the mornings from among that set that are open
    for them, and so on.  Whatever's left is what we'll schedule for
    the meeting.  Some people may have to participate by phone.

    Here's my current morning availability (10-noon California time)
    for the next month and a half, starting with the week of April 16:
