- Define mapping to allow encoding/decoding the various AMQP message-id
types from/to Strings for JMSMessageID and JMSCorrelationID values.
- Clarify handling of application-specific correlation id values, and when

- Fix "reply-to" mention in JMSDestination JMS->AMQP entry.
- Fix wording of "durable", "delivery-count", "priority", "message-id" in
AMQP->JMS entries to be more clearly defined.
- Swap property references for "group-id" & "group sequence" in AMQP->JMS
entries.
- Fix various instances of "the the" caused by typos or the XSLT
conversion.
- Fix wording to close hole when JMS TTL equals 2^32-1.
