Hi David,

This looks good, but it needs to have a Conformance section if it is intended to go out for Public Review.

That is required by the TC Process [1] :
"A specification that is approved by the TC at the Committee Specification Public Review Draft, Committee Specification or OASIS Standard level must include a separate section, listing a set of numbered conformance clauses, to which any implementation of the specification must adhere in order to claim conformance to the specification (or any optional portion thereof)."

The Conformance section can be fairly simple - a basic example is at [2], which is simply:
"An implementation is compliant with this specification if it implements all MUST or REQUIRED level requirements."

A couple of other items which should be quick fixes:

- Section 1.1 (Terminology) got corrupted by the insertion of a bunch of the references from Section 1.2.  Since "Conformance" relies on this terminology, it will need attention.

- Each of the major section headings should start on a new page - [simply change the style from "Heading 1 WP" to "Heading 1"] (minor)

One final suggestion is to leave the file named as "wdxx" rather than changing it to "csd01"...  TC Administration will change the file name during publication.  It's likely to be confusing to have multiple variations of a file called "csd01".
