If I understand this correctly, these URLs represent the “types” of the extended fields in a message. And we want to REQUIRE conformant implementations to use
these types (in their extended message fields) but the specification will NOT mandate what the values are that go inside those extended message fields. That is, a conformant implementation will understand and recognize these types but not necessarily the values.
