OASIS AMQP Member Section Marketing Sub Committee – Call for participation..

 

As discussed and approved at the OASIS AMQP Member Section meeting 23^rd of November, I would like to put a call out for volunteers to participate and drive an AMQP marketing subcommittee.  As the name suggests the focus of this group will be on marketing the AMQP program and the facilitation of adoption strategies in respect to the AMQP V1 protocol specification.   The exact scope will be the responsibility of the organised group.   The governance model will also be the responsibility of the committee group.   It is therefore a little difficult to provide an estimate of effort required.

 

We are therefore asking for people to register a note of interest in joining or perhaps even chairing such a subcommittee.   We would also like to encourage people who have marketing and/or pr backgrounds to get involved; as this would be extremely beneficial.

 

It is envisaged that a first meeting will be organised for the week of the 12^th of December.
