Proposed AMQP Member Section “Virtual” Planning Meeting:

 

We have been discussing the possibility of holding a 2013 planning meeting in early December.  This email provides details around the possible logistics, dates and agenda.    

 

 

Housekeeping details:

Date:                                     Wednesday the 5^th of December, 2012

Duration:                             3 hrs

Time:                                     10am EST – 1pm EST

Venue:                                 Conference bridge (still trying to organise a couple of telepresence hubs)

Attendees:                         AMQP member section members

 

 

The below agenda has been crafted from a number of suggestions and thoughts from previous meetings.    The agenda may need a little bit more shaping, so thoughts and comments from all are welcome.

 

Possible Agenda:

·         Review 2012

·         Reaffirm the roles, responsibility and scope of the member section

·         Discuss community; How do we improve our outreach and community program

·         Discuss business strategy and opportunity

·         Marketing and adoption strategy for 2013 and beyond

·         Partnership model (Member Section and Technical Committee)

·         Agree priorities and work activities for 2013
