RE: Leave of Absence

Andreas,

I acknowledge receipt and confirm your leave of absence. Given the date on your notice below, the earliest your leave of absence can begin (no earlier than 7 days from the date of notice) is July 11 and will end on July 30^th (including) per your notice. Your leave of absence (July 11 through July 30) will be recorded in the minutes of the next TC meeting on July 10^th.

During your leave of absence (July 11 through July 30) you won’t have voting rights. At the end of your leave (July 30), you will regain voting rights. I will update the roster accordingly during the period of your absence. During the intended period of absence (July 11 through July 30), if you participate in a TC meeting or vote in a TC ballot, your leave of absence will end on that day.
