Good suggestion from Alan Conway:  Add a boolean 'more' in the QUERY
response in lieu of a 'total-count' field.  'more' is less costly to
compute than 'total-count'.

Hi Ted,

Suggestion for the management working group: as well as list of
attributeNames, add a boolean "more" to the response, which is true if
there are more attributes to get. That doesn't require counting
anything, just knowing if there are more attributes that were not
returned, which should be cheap.
