OK, I think most people have responded either via e-mail or the doodle. There's a couple of people for whom the first week is either impossible or less preferred; and a couple of preferences for Newcastle as a location...

So, would Tue 12th Dec - Thu 14th Dec in Newcastle work for everybody? I'm keen to get this nailed down this week.

Red Hat would be happy to host the event in Newcastle, UK. There is a possibility that other members may be able to host in London, UK or Darmstadt, Germany.
