Target dates for pending specs

As just discussed on the call, in the interest of progress, all spec owners should commit to a date for when their respective spec is expected to be ready for a committee vote towards promotion to a committee draft from their own perspective. It’s understood that the spec may slip due to feedback.

 

It would be good if we had target dates for all pending specs by the next meeting.
