Summary of in-progress specifications

Hi all,

As discussed at the last AMQP TC call, it would be useful if the whole
group had visibility of the state of the AMQP specifications we have
in-progress and help us all drive documents to completion.

Towards this end, if you are currently writing a spec, could you
update the following page with its status?

We can use time in the next meeting to put attach next draft dates to each.
