OnDisplay and Extricity Software Partner
To Provide Comprehensive Solution To Extend Automated
Business-to-Business E-Commerce

Software, Inc., have formed a strategic partnership to provide a
comprehensive industry solution for automating business-to-business
e-commerce interactions.  The partnership brings together two leaders in

loosely-coupled collaboration between Extricity's AllianceSeries family of
products and trading partner web sites. The addition of the Extricity
WebAgent extends Extricity's capabilities in providing comprehensive,
standard-based platforms for secure business-to-business e-commerce and
real-time business process automation among customers, partners and
suppliers.
