MANUGISTICS AND EXTRICITY ANNOUNCE STRATEGIC RELATIONSHIP RESELLER AGREEMENT FOR B2B AND ELECTRONIC MARKETS ALONG WITH MANUGISTICS INVESTMENT IN EXTRICITY REDWOOD SHORES, Calif.- May 16, 2000 - Extricity, Inc., a leading platform provider for business-to-business relationship management (B2BRM) today announced its strategic relationship with Manugistics Group, Inc. The two companies have entered into a reseller agreement in which Manugistics will resell the Extricity B2B family of products to businesses and electronic marketplace customers.
