Xyvision Enterprise Solutions Expands Sales, Marketing, and Engineering
to Meet Growing Demand for XML Solutions

New additions include industry veterans Ralph Lloyd and Roger Manack to
Sales Staff; Tony Wilmot to Engineering; Paul Macero to Marketing


READING, MA - July 24, 2000 - Xyvision Enterprise Solutions, Inc.
(XyEnterprise), a leading developer of XML content management and publishing
software, announced today a major expansion of its sales, marketing, engineerin
g, and professional services staff following a recent round of investment
funding. These additions will enable XyEnterprise to broaden its ability
to address the growing need for XML content management and publishing
software and solutions.

XyEnterprise has added over 20 new staff members, including significant
additions to its sales and marketing teams. XyEnterprise has hired industry
veteran, Ralph G. Lloyd, to serve as its Director of Business Development
and to spearhead a major initiative into reseller channels. Mr. Lloyd
has extensive experience helping Harlequin Inc. and other high-tech companies
successfully expand their market share through strategic channel sales
development. XyEnterprise has also added Roger Manack as Director of Western
Region Sales. Mr. Manack has extensive experience in building new customer
relationships in the database publishing and XML market, with over 20
years experience with companies such as Frame Technology and Arbortext.

technologies and solution delivery to the project management team; and
Paul Macero, former Director of Marketing for First Call/Thompson Financial
to lead the corporate marketing communication efforts.
