Vordel appoints Chubb Information Security as Reseller of TalkXML

Vordel appoint Chubb Information Security as a strategic solutions
partner and reseller for TalkXML solution

London, United Kingdom – 1 December November 2000 - Vordel,
the leading provider of solutions for secure eBusiness communications
today announced its appointment of the world renowned security
firm Chubb Information Security as a reseller of its TalkXML product
suite. Vordel’s TalkXML suite interoperates with the Chubb Information
Security Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) and will be promoted as part
of Chubb’s managed security solution to the business to business
sector.

This announcement follows the launch of Chubb Information
Security’s PKI Certificate Authority from a secure nuclear bunker,
located in the UK where this facility is hosted. The facility is managed
24/7, has its own generator and slave systems in the event of power
supply failure and additional redundancy configurations are maintained
on a separate secure site.

According to Research Group, Datamonitor, the value of the global
eSecurity market will be worth US $16 billion by 2003. The compound
annual growth rate for the PKI market during the same timeframe is
forecast at 62 percent.
