HyperVision, Ltd. and Lighthouse Solutions Announce a Strategic Alliance for
XML Training Using WorX SE

CHICAGO, IL - December 4, 2000 - HyperVision, Ltd., a leader in the
development of XML authoring tools, today announced the formation of a
strategic alliance with Lighthouse Solutions.  Lighthouse Solutions will
provide exclusive training and consulting services for all sales of WorX SE
directly generated by HyperVision, Ltd.  HyperVision, Ltd. is the sole and
exclusive innovator of WorX SE, the most sophisticated XML authoring tool on
the market today.  WorX SE operates within Microsoft Word to create
well-formed and valid structured documents.   HyperVision, Ltd. is focused
on meeting the requirements and guidelines of XML standards within the
familiar and comforting interface provided by Microsoft Word.  The alliance
with Lighthouse Solutions will allow HyperVision to concentrate their
