Vordel appoint David Wilson as European Account Manager, to further
company's expansion in the European B2B integration marketplace


Dublin, Ireland - 16 January 2001 - Vordel, the leading provider of
solutions for secure eBusiness communications, today announced the
appointment of Mr. David Wilson as European Account Manager with
responsibility for business development in Europe. This appointment will
further Vordel's expansion in the European marketplace.

David Wilson has joined Vordel from Erigen Hilversum in the Netherlands
where he was Director and co-Founder. Erigen Hilversum is an eBusiness
Software firm specialising in Silknet/Kana eCRM products. Prior to
establishing Erigen Hilversum David was General Manager for Sales & Support
Group at Amyyon, a leading Dutch CRM software development company. He
also worked for several years with software giant Baan and its former
subsidiary, CODA, as Director of Professional Services for Benelux and
Scandinavia.

David Ryan, CEO at Vordel, expressed his satisfaction with David's
appointment, stating: "David brings to Vordel a vast array of experience
from over twenty years working in the European IT market, in particular the
Benelux and Scandinavian region. His strong commercial sales background,
