Nimble Technology Appoints James Watson to Board of Directors 

(Seattle, Washington, USA-January 16, 2001)-Nimble Technology(tm), a
Seattle-based software company developing a powerful XML-based data
integration platform, today announced the appointment of James Watson, Head
Partner at Monterey Bay Partners, to the company's Board of Directors.  

Watson was a founder of Skyway Systems, a high-tech logistics company.
During his presidency of Skyway, the company was named twice to Inc.
magazine's list of fastest growing companies during the 1980s. In 1993, Inc.
magazine named Watson as one of the Entrepreneurs of the Year. Union Pacific
Corporation acquired Skyway in 1995.

AllStarFleet, an Internet based asset management firm.
