Interwoven's Content Infrastructure to underpin Bowstreet's Business Web
Portals 


LYNNFIELD, MA, July 11, 2001 - Bowstreet (www.bowstreet.com) today announced
it has joined Interwoven's (Nasdaq: IWOV) PortalReady Partner Program and
will use Interwoven's PortalReady SDK (software development kit) to tightly
integrate Interwoven's Content Infrastructure with Bowstreet's Business Web
Portals.

The seamless integration will enable content contributors to access vital
Content Infrastructure capabilities including content collaboration, content

platform.

Bowstreet's Business Web Portals are a packaged, ready-to-use suite of
products that speed development and deployment of massively customizable
portals for many of today's most pressing e-business initiatives, including
