Agreement pairs powerful XML database management system

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colorado - Sept. 25, 2001 - NeoCore, a proven provider of XML database management systems, has formed a partnership with business and technology consulting company BEST Systems, Inc. Under the terms of the agreement, NeoCore and BEST Systems will jointly offer their products and services to provide ideal solutions for their customers’ XML information management needs.
