For disconnected Agital SDS clients, messages for that client may be written to disk and forwarded when the client re-connects. A System Administrator may maintain a real-time view of message state through a host of success and failure acknowledgments. Fail-over - Clients and Accelerators (machines that add processing power or complexity to an Agital Solution) can re-establish a failed connection or connect to alternative Agital Services in the event of a component or service failure. Connectivity Services can be deployed across multiple machines, so if any one service begins to fail the Agital SDS gracefully handles the reallocation of clients - and routing of client messages - without requiring administrator intervention. FTP & SMTP Connectors - For customers looking to enhance reporting, logging and export flexibility, all systems that communicate via the Agital SDS may send messages via new FTP and SMTP Connectors.
