Specialist Translingua, Inc.

SAN FRANCISCO - May 1, 2002 - RWS Group, LLC (translate.com), one of the
world's largest translation and localization companies, today announced the
acquisition of Translingua, Inc. of Columbia, Maryland.  The acquisition
extends RWS Group's operations within the growing globalization industry and
also increases its ability to serve clients on the East Coast with the
addition of a major production and sales office in Maryland.

Through the acquisition, RWS Group expands its specialized translation and
localization service offerings. Translingua brings RWS Group high-quality
documentation translation and localization services, packaging and labeling
localization, audio/video services,  cross-cultural evaluation, and
corporate training services.
