Publishing Solution

New solution will manage re-usable Word and XML content and enhance
publishing workflow for leading legal publisher

READING, MA - May 20, 2002- XyEnterprise, the leading developer of XML

UK-based LexisNexis Butterworths Tolley will deploy a new content management
solution based on XyEnterprise Content@* (content-a) software. This solution
will encompass editorial production at LexisNexis Butterworths Tolley,
enabling XML content creation, automated workflow management, and re-use of
the company’s content for its well-known legal, tax and regulatory services
and publications.

LexisNexis Butterworths Tolley selected Content@ based on the fit of the
XyEnterprise application set to their requirements and the proven success of
XyEnterprise solutions within other LexisNexis companies.
