ANN ARBOR, Mich., May 23, 2002 -- Arbortext, Inc., the only global

that UPSIDE magazine has selected Arbortext to receive UPSIDE’s Hot 100
Award.  This annual reward recognizes excellence and innovation among the
hottest private high-technology companies.   Past winners of the award
