Certivo® Announces Strategic Partnership with iSoft® Corporation
Firms To Develop Exclusive Training Solutions 

Newport Beach, Calif. - (June 26, 2002) - Drake Certivo, Inc., a global
provider of education, certification, compliance and services, today
announced a strategic partnership with iSoft, the leading provider of
community management, encryption and secured message delivery software
solutions for large Internet-based trading communities. 

For the duration of this five-year agreement, Certivo and iSoft will
build custom and strategic training solutions based on iSoft's EDI-INT
AS2 software for key vertical markets such as the grocery, retail,
high-tech manufacturing and automotive industries. Under this exclusive
partnership, Certivo will develop and deploy customized courseware for
iSoft and its customers using flexible delivery methods such as
e-learning, facilitated, and on-site training, allowing users to
maximize the productivity of the software.

paramount importance of standards-especially that of AS2-on the global
