Arbortext Announces Planned Support for Documentum 5 ANN ARBOR, Mich., September 10, 2002 -- Arbortext, Inc., the only global provider of XML-based software for multichannel publishing, today announced its intention to support Documentum 5, the next generation enterprise content management (ECM) platform from Documentum (Nasdaq: DCTM), the leader in ECM. The planned support strengthens the partnership and provides customers with an XML-based enterprise content management system for the creation, management, delivery, and archiving of content, including complex business and technical documents. The two companies have worked together to deliver integrated, seamless content creation and management systems for global 2000 enterprises. Through the integration of Arbortext’s Epic products with Documentum 5, organizations can take advantage of a host of new capabilities, including enabling multiple authors within and beyond enterprises to simultaneously collaborate on content and thus expanding the collaboration capabilities of Documentum 5.
