MINERVA SOFTCARE AND REPUBLICA SIGN OEM AGREEMENT
 
Minerva Softcare offers Republica's X-Fetch Wrapper as add-on module to their transform product.
 
 
Belgium-based Minerva Softcare N.V., a developer of ETL (Extract, Transform and Load) Software for data flow management and Republica Corp., a leading European XML based collaboration-middleware company, announced today that they have entered into an OEM agreement that will allow Minerva Softcare to offer a truly data format-independent Extraction Transformation and mass-Loading Data Flow Engine "Minerva Transform".
 
Minerva Transform is the industry leader in real-time and batch data integration and transformation. To leverage data coming from sources like EDI, SAP systems as well as any legacy system, Minerva Softcare will offer X-Fetch Wrapper as an add-on module to Minerva Transform. X-Fetch Wrapper's powerful Any-to-XML conversion capabilities ensure a fast, single-stage conversion into XML, which is used by Minerva Transform as source data format. X-Fetch Wrapper's optimized low memory consumption enables handling both huge file sizes and continuous streaming of the non-XML to XML conversion process. Transform and X-Fetch Wrapper are both based on Java, which enables the solution to run on any platform and reduce implementation time to a minimum.
