BEA to Host 8th Annual eWorld Technology Conference March 2-5, 2003

SAN JOSE, Calif. - Jan. 29, 2003 - BEA Systems, Inc. (Nasdaq: BEAS), the world's leading application infrastructure software company, today announced that the industry's leading technology conference, BEA eWorld 2003, is scheduled for March 2-5, 2003, in Orlando, Fla.  The conference, featuring "Converge" as its theme, is scheduled to highlight the convergence of building, integrating and extending software applications into a single, powerful framework. BEA eWorld 2003 presents experienced and new developers, end-users and IT executives the opportunity to examine convergence from a variety of perspectives through keynotes, tailored breakout sessions and informal events.
