Republica and Finnsoft sign VAR and Distributor Agreements

Partnership that will make X-Fetch available in Polish Government- and Banking sectors

Warsaw, Poland and Helsinki Finland - February 13, 2003 - Republica, a developer of XML-based collaboration software and Finnsoft, a Polish specialist in IT consulting, today announced the signing of Value Added Reseller and Distributor Agreements that will open a co-operation framework between both parties concerning Republica's X-Fetch software components.

The agreements allow Finnsoft to act as a Value Added Reseller in selling and implementing X-Fetch components in application integration-, B2B and e-Government projects as well as to take on a business development role for X-Fetch software components in the Eastern European market.
