Arbortext Awarded GSA Schedule Contract

GSA FSS Multiple Award Schedule for Information Technology including
software, maintenance, professional services and training

ANN ARBOR, Mich., March 10, 2003 --Arbortext, Inc., a leading global
provider of XML-based software for content creation, editing and
multichannel publishing, today announced it was awarded a General Services
Administration Schedule Contract for Information Technology.  The GSA
Schedule enables federal government agencies, commercial primes that have
federal agency authority, and state governments that adopt GSA provisions to
utilize pre-negotiated rates and terms when purchasing Arbortext software,
maintenance, professional services and training.

During the 2003 State of the Union address, President Bush made it clear we
need to improve efficiencies without growing the government – especially as
it relates to Homeland Security.  In no other sector is it more important
for information to be accurate, accessible by all, shared by all, reused for
a variety of requirements and published in a variety of media formats.

Arbortext has developed and deployed applications for the military,
regulatory, legislative and judicial branches of government that represent
over 2,500 licenses.  Customers include the Central Intelligence Agency,
Internal Revenue Service, Library of Congress, Lockheed Martin, Marine Corps
Logistics Base, NASA, National Security Agency, Northrop Grumman, Office of
Management and Budget, SAIC, Sikorsky, U.S. Air Force, U.S. Coast Guard,
U.S. Department of Defense, and the U.S. Navy.
