This is a reminder to please go to http://supplychain.rti.org/electronics to access an on-going survey which will be used by RTI in a study on supply chain integration (SCI) for the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST).  If you work in logistics, IT, and/or procurement within your company, please complete the questionnaire, and if you do not work in those areas, please forward this email to the appropriate person in your organization.

 

This survey will help us evaluate the cost associated with an inadequate standards infrastructure for supply chain integration (SCI), and our results will be used by NIST when deciding how to allocate funding in the future.  Your input will directly impact the findings of this study; thus, your time and effort could result in more money for research and standardization efforts by NIST.

 

Feel free to collaborate with colleagues and be aware that the data you provide will be considered confidential and will only be used in aggregate with other companies.  No third parties will have access to this information, including NIST.  If you have any questions about the purpose of the survey or how to answer any of the items therein, please feel free to contact me via email at browe@rti.org or by phone at (919) 485-2626.
