Arbortext 9th Annual User Conference Draws Record Attendance Key speakers included John Deere, Aventis, Oracle, SAP AG, Boeing, Lockheed Martin, Siemens Building Technologies ANN ARBOR, Mich., May 13, 2004 – Arbortext, Inc., the leading provider of Enterprise Publishing Software, today announced the successful completion of its 9th annual Arbortext User Group International, which took place May 3-7, 2004, at the Grand Hyatt in Atlanta, Georgia. Raymond Schiavone, CEO and President of Arbortext, delivered Wednesday’s keynote presentation on the company’s strategy and the important role that enterprise publishing plays in today’s global organizations. Steve Anderson, Manager Worldwide Technical Information Services Agricultural Division at John Deere, kicked off Thursday by discussing what John Deere is doing to support its vision for an electronic-based technical information delivery system. This year’s conference featured more than 50 educational and training sessions, including nine pre-conference workshops that provided an introduction and understanding of structured authoring, multichannel publishing, stylesheet design and data modeling.
