This week at XML 2004, Blast Radius reported the following two partnership announcements: Xcential's LegisPro uses Blast Radius' XMetaL to provide legislation technology solution California State Legislative Data Center the first to implement LegisPro VANCOUVER, B.C. and ESCONDIDO, CA (November 16, 2004) - Xcential and Blast Radius XMetaL have partnered to develop LegisPro, an XML editing application designed specifically to create, manage, and amend legislative and regulatory data. DITA, introduced by IBM, is an XML-based, end-to-end architecture for authoring, producing and delivering technical information.
