Arbortext Honored by AlwaysOn as a Top 100 Private Company for Third
Consecutive Year

Ann Arbor, Michigan, June 28, 2005- Arbortext, the leading provider of
enterprise publishing software, today announced it has been chosen by
AlwaysOn as one of the Top 100 Private Company award winners for the
third consecutive year. Arbortext was handpicked by the AlwaysOn
editorial team based on a set of five criteria - innovation, market
potential, customer adoption, media buzz and investor value creation.

The AlwaysOn Top 100 (AO 100) winners were selected from over 1,000
companies that were nominated by leading venture capitalists, investment
bankers and industry analysts. The AO 100 consists of private companies
at all stages of development, from early to late stage.

"The AO 100 companies are shaping today's web-driven, connected
environment," said Tony Perkins, founder and editor of AlwaysOn. "We
were inundated with nominations from leading companies, many of which I
hope will appear on our list next year. My congratulations to each AO
100 winner - these are the companies which we predict will have the
greatest market traction, strongest innovation and most game-changing
approaches this year."

"We are honored to receive this recognition as an innovator and leader
in the technology industry," said Raymond Schiavone, President and CEO
of Arbortext. "This award reinforces Arbortext's market and technology
leadership in providing enterprise publishing software to organizations
that need to create higher-quality documentation by streamlining
processes, promoting reuse of existing content and automating publishing
to multiple media types, ultimately enhancing customer satisfaction."

Arbortext's placement on the AO 100 list expands upon an already
