OASIS CGM Open Member Section Announces New Steering Committee Member

OASIS Members,

The OASIS CGM Open Member Section (MS), http://www.cgmopen.org/, is pleased to announce the newly elected Steering Committee member, Stuart Galt. Stuart Galt is an Associate Technical Fellow with the Boeing Company in the area of graphics and digital data interchange. He is the Chair of the OASIS CGM Open WebCGM TC. Mr. Galt will serve a two-year term. CGM Open developed and currently maintains WebCGM, an application of the ISO-standard Computer Graphics Metafile for electronic documents. WebCGM was created in collaboration with the W3C, with support from the European Commission Esprit project. Congratulations to Stuart and sincere gratitude to all the MS members that cast their vote in this election process.
