Subject: LegalXML Member Section Steering Committee Election Now Open
OASIS Members, The LegalXML Member Section, http://www.legalxml.org/, Steering Committee Election is now open; voting closes at 5:00 PM EDT on 20 September 2012. The LegalXML Member Section will elect two 'At-Large' Steering Committee members to serve a one year term. The "At-Large" LegalXML Member Section Steering Committee members will be elected by Member Section Qualified Electors. The LegalXML Member Section Qualified Electors are those Eligible Persons who are either an Individual Member Section Supporting Entity or an employee or designee of an organizational Member Section Supporting Entity, who subscribes to the Member Section email list, http://www.legalxml.org/members/index.shtml. An organizational Member Section Supporting Entity may have more than one Qualified Electors. Please contact (member-services@oasis-open.org) if you have any questions regarding your affiliation with the LegalXML MS. To insure that all Members and Observers in this Member Section understand the election process, the voting instructions are as follows: Cast your vote by email to sc-election@oasis-open.org, your message should contain your ranked preference for the candidates. Start with 1, continuing until you have no further preference for the remaining candidates. 1. First Candidate name 2. Second Choice Candidate name The candidates are: 1. Jim Cabral 2.
