Just a reminder that tomorrow is the deadline for ARIP TC Sponsor members to provide quotes for the press release.

If you intend to provide a quote but are unable to meet the deadline, please let me know ASAP.

The Consortium is in the process of drafting a press release to announce the launch of the OASIS Augmented Reality in Information Products (ARIP) Technical Committee. We have targeted Thursday, 6 Aug, for distribution.

*Recognition*
While OASIS deeply appreciates the contributions of all members, only Foundational- and Sponsor-level members elect to receive promotional benefits, such as inclusion in announcements directed to the press. The subhead of the ARIP TC press release will highlight:

Boeing, Comtech, Huawei, PTC, SAP <and any other Sponsors who join or upgrade by 4 Aug>.

If you represent one of the organizations above, and you do *not* wish to be included in the press release, please notify me.

If you represent a Contributor-level member, and you wish to be recognized and quoted in the ARIP TC press release, please contact me immediately for information on changing your membership level to Sponsor.

*Quotes*
Foundational and Sponsors participating in the ARIP TC may submit a quote (75 words or fewer) in support of this work. Your quote will be included in the body of the press release. Please email quotes to me by Tuesday, 4 Aug. Be sure to include a name and title at your organization for attribution.
