Meeting minutes from ARIP call Nov 17, 2016

Attendees: Rhonda, Sally, Scott H, George, Stacey, Ray, Farhad.

• How does DITA impact AR? Maybe through Metadata and rendering. We should do a deeper dive later.
• Discussed draft ARIP guidelines. Need to get something posted by end of Dec.
• Discussed Glossary/The language of AR book. Its purpose is to give communicators an understanding of AR and AR terms, One word per week.
• Ray recommended collapsing similar words into one entry. Sally will combine related words but still keep all the words in the list to make sure they are captured somewhere.
• Rhonda recommended going through the meeting minutes from the experts interviews to extract additional terms for the glossary.
• Discussion on certain words; removed some words, added some, and combined some words.
• Discuss ARIP template supplied by OASIS. 
• TC members have already signed up for sections; they need to complete them. If you have not signed up then please sign up.
• UNT students will plug the sections into the template. 
• Scott H asked if there was a collaborative area to upload assigned sections. OASIS has a repository that we can use.
