There has been a lot of discussion on the OASIS chars list about hosting namespace URLs.  There is recognition that there is a need, but I have not yet seen the conclusion.  We should be patient and expect OASIS to supply something in a few months.

                Eventually we should probably move to versioned namespace URLs.
                We can send our documents/locations to Webmaster@oasis-open.org
                so OASIS can serve them up to tools.
