Dear Abbie, Stephane, all,

given that time is going and that a formal closure of the editing of this draft Charter is necessary, could it be possible to set up a conference call or web-meting in which all interested parties can express final comments and considerations ?

I see that still some issues are to be solved such as the name of the TC and also the delivery time of specific documents (so we are not speaking about marginal issues).

I understand that this Charter should be ready around October 20 (that is what we said last week in the SOA Telecom Workshop), so this “deadline” is approaching relatively fast. Moreover the Charter may also be enriched with some hints that emerged in last week’s workshop on SOA standards “not that fit for telecoms”.

Maybe this call could be organized some day next week ? next Tuesday, Oct. 14?

My view is that this “call” could help to stimulate the revision of the charter and its finalization towards the official presentation to OASIS.
