Hi,
First batch of meterials from the first TC meeting of 02-08-02 are attached.
This includes:

summary of meeting (powerpoint and pdf versions)
an MS Word template to use for writing TC project documents

The summary in powerpoint is in lieu of detailed minutes. If people want to
have more detailed minutes kept at future meetings, then please provide
feedback and we can consider at the next one. (The decision made at the
pre-meeting in May was that we wouldn't keep detailed minutes, just a
summary record)

Materials to follow later today are the overview documents of the four
sub-committees (working groups).

Comments, suggestions and general feedback are welcome, as always.
