Subject: RE: [autorepair] Autorepair TC - Overview document and timeline

Dear Mr Sakai

I believe that in an effort to fit the project plan on a single sheet John
reduced the overall scale considerably. This has meant that the timelines
are not single weeks but multiple weeks. The second line of figures are
dates, every 2 weeks it would seem, which fall within the timescale
indicated by the top row of numbers. Usually on the full scale project plan
these would be individual days.

I hope that makes sense, we could send out the multi sheet version, with
actual weeks and days if it would be clearer.

Regards
Amanda

Dear Ms. Green,

Thank you for your quick response.
Let me restate my question.
I am referring to the second line of figures (now appearing in yellow)
below the scheduling dates.
What does that second line of figures mean?

Thank you for your help.

Best regards,
Takayuki Sakai
